Senior Production Technician

Job OverviewThe Senior Production Technician provides support to meet daily production goals and ensure the quality of prescription eyewear.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Performs processes, calibration, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and conformance testing as directed to produce quality prescription eyewear in accordance with work instructions.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Identifies quality, process, and workflow problems.
- Segregates non-conforming product or material.
- Works at Technician levels (Associate, Production, and Senior) within surface and/or bench, as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Worked at the Production Tech level for a minimum of 2 years.
- Obtained the highest training status available in 5 qualified functions with at least 2 Senior Production Technician level functions, 1 Production Technician level function (or higher), and 2 Associate Production Technician level functions (or higher).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
Pay Range: $21.00 per hour, plus potential bonuses or commission plans. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off, vacation, and various employee discounts.
