Operate spot welding machinery to fuse small metal parts using electrical resistance and pneumatic pressure;
Accurately position and jig small-to-medium metal components for consistent weld placement;
Conduct visual inspections and manual break tests or peel tests to ensure weld strength and penetration meet specifications;
Perform basic tip cleaning and alignment (dressing the electrodes) to maintain high-quality conductivity;
Adhere to fabrication shop safety protocols
