Manufacturing Team Member I – Assembly & Inspection
Role OverviewPerform assembly and inspection operations to meet production and quality requirements following written procedures.
Responsibilities- Adhere to Integer values, safety, environmental, security, quality requirements, QMS, FDA regulations, and company policies.
- Set up equipment per process specifications.
- Assemble component parts according to printed schematics.
- Operate manual and automated machines.
- Visually or dimensionally inspect parts using microscopes and measurement devices for conformance.
- Identify and report quality non‑conformances.
- Complete required documentation.
- Package product for shipment as needed.
- Participate in team activities focused on continuous improvement.
- Expand skill base via on‑job training, cross‑training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
- Reading blueprints preferred.
- Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
- Light assembly experience preferred.
- Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 5:30am–4:00pm. - Salary: $16.66–$24.43 per hour.
- Base wages plus cash‑based incentive program, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call‑in pay as applicable.
