Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership and a strong understanding of processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
The ideal candidate will drive operational performance, manage a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with regional strategies. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and Lean experience is strongly favored. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
