  2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM–12 AM & Friday 12 PM–4 PM (Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays)
• Position Type:
  Temp to Hire

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally during the shift.
• Read a tape measure.
• Safety conscious and good attendance.
• Good physical strength and stamina, hand–eye coordination and dexterity.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays.

• Measure, square, and assemble parts by welding together.
• Grind metal to correct sizes.
• Set up welding area for different production runs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Work within all safety guidelines.
• Perform frequent quality checks.
• Weld parts according to sizes specified on work orders.
• Operate equipment with close supervision.
• Supply production with parts to ensure continuous workflow.
• Cross‑train on various machines and positions.
• Maintain working knowledge of all programs and tooling.
• Work and communicate well with others.
• Change tooling as required.
• Perform miscellaneous work duties and projects as directed.

• May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year.
