  1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5AM-2:30PM and Friday 5AM-9AM (Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays)
• Position Type:
  Temp to Hire

• Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally during the shift.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Safety conscious.
• Good attendance.
• Must have good physical strength and stamina, good hand-eye coordination and good dexterity in hand manipulation and muscle coordination.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Measure, square and assemble parts by welding parts together.
• Grind metal to correct sizes.
• Set up welding area for different production runs.
• Keep work area clean organized.
• Work within all safety guidelines.
• Perform frequent quality checks.
• Weld parts according to sizes specified on the work orders.
• Operate equipment with close supervision by controlling their operation.
• Supply production with parts to ensure continuous workflow.
• Cross train on various machines to fill in when needed.
• Maintain working knowledge of all programs and tooling.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Change tooling.
• Cross training on various positions to ensure maximum output.
• Perform miscellaneous work duties and projects as directed.
