  Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5AM-5:30PM with mandatory overtime.
• Position Type:
  Temp to Hire

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly — this is physical work.
• Comfortable working with heavy sheet metal and industrial tools.
• Able to read blueprints, tape measures, and work orders.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays.
• Looking for someone who’s hands‑on, focused, safe, and dependable — someone who shows up ready to work and ready to contribute.
• For training purposes, must be able to work a few weeks on 1st shift.

• Assembly of metal hardware: hinges, latches, spring packages, and more.
• Assembly of access panels as well as roofing and floor doors.
• Use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
• Perform quality checks.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross‑train in other roles to support team productivity.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work culture.

• May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year
