Precision Joining:
Operate spot welding machinery to fuse small metal parts using electrical resistance and pneumatic pressure;
Component Handling:
Accurately position and jig small-to-medium metal components for consistent weld placement;
Quality Validation:
Conduct visual inspections and manual "break tests" or "peel tests" to ensure weld strength and penetration meet specifications;
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform basic tip cleaning and alignment (dressing the electrodes) to maintain high-quality conductivity;
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all fabrication shop safety protocols, including the use of specialized eye protection and heat-resistant PPE
