Read blueprints and understanding work orders;
Assemble all metal hardware (hinges, slam latch, spring packages, pyro latches, etc.) onto Roof Hatches, Smoke Vents, and Access Panels;
Prepare panels for painting by putting insulation in and hanging panels on hooks;
Package completed assemblies and fill orders;
Cross train in various departments to fill in when needed
