Seasonal Food Production Operator

• Fulfill various production line positions in our food production facility processing fresh vegetables.
• Perform sanitation functions on a regular basis to prepare the plant for the next scheduled production run.
• Provide relief during other employees’ break periods.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies/procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Harvest Operators:
  Farm equipment operation experience is preferred but not required, and ability to work 12+ hour shifts.

Shift schedule: 12‑hour shifts, start and end times may vary, the number of days worked per week may fluctuate due to weather and crop availability. The manufacturing plant typically operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Starting wage range based on skills and experience: $14.39 to $15.45 per hour, with paid overtime for hours over 40 per week.
