Set up, operate, and tend welding, soldering, or brazing machines in a fabrication shop environment;
Perform MIG welding on heavy gauge stainless steel and mild steel components, including multi-pass welds up to one inch thick;
Lay out, fit, and weld components according to blueprints and work instructions;
Interpret and follow blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of compactors, pavement maintenance equipment, and paving machinery;
Apply knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity of welded assemblies
