Protolabs is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Weekend Day Shift (Friday–Sunday, 6AM–6PM) to lead and coordinate manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and develop team capability across CNC machining, additive manufacturing, finishing, and fulfillment.
You will supervise staffing, ensure training, monitor metrics, and partner with HR on staffing and performance management while upholding 5S and lean practices.
