The pay range is $75,400.00 - $

As an Engineer on the EDGE team you will use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. What you’ll be doing…
You’ll be part of the EDGE (Enterprise Design and Graphics Environment) team, providing users with high-quality design tools and technologies
You’ll focus on building world-class capabilities with specialty equipment, including 3D printers, 3D body scanners, spectrophotometers, and color-calibrated printers
Develop a strategy for the enterprise use of clothing design software, including 3D design capabilities and features
Establish relationships with Creative users in multiple business areas to understand needs and translate them into technologies that enable workflows
Manage and support color definition and management softwareActively use Agile methodologies to manage WIP, flow, and prioritization and participate in Sprints to design and guide technology solution development
Develop automation, scripts, and monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues before user impact
Utilize standard enterprise tools to develop or implement infrastructure hardware, software, and other technical components
Rapidly resolve hardware, operational, infrastructure and application incidents on macOS and Windows
Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and quickly resolve problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability
Participate in the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of platforms, applications, and infrastructure services
Collaborate with team to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build, implementation and support processes

Requirements- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years total work experience
- Has in-depth knowledge of standard engineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging issues as required
- Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise
- Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
- Preferred Requirements
- Experience with textile design software
- Experience with color measurement tools
- Experience with high-end printers and RIPs
- Ability to build strong relationships with end users, understand their needs, and translate into technology solutions
- Experience supporting Mac hardware and macOS
- Ability to rapidly drive projects to completion
- Strong support‑minded focus
- Able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment; a fast learner, self‑starter and highly passionate and motivated individual
- Experience with Agile methodologies
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
