Position Title: Screen Printer – Hard Goods / Finishing Associate
Department: Production

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Screen Printer with experience working on hard goods using multi-color printing
, color mixing
, and material gluing
. The ideal candidate will operate a semi-automatic press to produce high-quality prints. Approximately 60% of this role will be focused on hands-on screen printing and press operation, with the remaining 40% dedicated to finishing duties related to badges, event tags, and similar products.
- Operate semi-automatic clam shell screen printing press for hard goods production.
- Mix and match custom ink colors to specification.
- Perform multi-color registration and setup
. - Apply adhesives/gluing to 12"x18" material sheets as needed.
- Conduct ongoing quality checks for opacity, alignment, and consistency.
- Maintain and reclaim screens
, including degreasing, de-inking, emulsion removal, coating, and proper storage. - Clean and maintain squeegees, flood bars, and all press components.
- Assist with cutting, laminating, trimming, and assembly of badges, event tags, and related items.
- Apply hardware, adhesives, or attachments as required.
- Package completed products for delivery or shipment.
Required:
- 1+ year experience in screen printing (hard goods or semi-rigid materials preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of ink color mixing
, multi-color print setup
, and screen reclamation/maintenance processes. - Familiarity with semi-automatic printing equipment
. - Strong attention to detail and consistency in production quality.
- Experience with finishing or product assembly (cutting, gluing, laminating, packaging).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to maintain equipment and work surfaces
.
- Reliable and punctual with pride in craftsmanship.
- Able to meet production timelines while maintaining high standards.
- Flexible and willing to cross-train across production tasks.
- Team-oriented and communicative.
