Marketing Generalist Who We Are
Meyers partners with leading CPG brands to produce packaging, labels, and RFID solutions. Our marketing team works across content, paid media, email, and digital strategy to support growth.
The Marketing Generalist is responsible for building brand awareness and generating demand through social media, digital content, account-based marketing (ABM), campaigns, and events. The Marketing Generalist owns the planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of content across Meyers social channels while supporting integrated marketing initiatives that attract target accounts, engage prospective customers

- Social media and content creation
- Build the Meyers brand through engaging social media and digital content.
Responsibilities include:
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media.
- Produce original video content, including employee interviews, customer stories, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture photography and video throughout the facility, at customer locations, and during company events.
- Write compelling captions and social copy that align with the Meyers brand.
- Publish and schedule content across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
- Engage with followers and the online community when appropriate.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and recommend venues, vendors, and event partners.
- Coordinate venue outreach, availability, pricing, and logistics.
- Assist with event planning timelines, budgets, and project coordination.
- Develop post-event recap content and support follow-up marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing video and graphic assets for paid campaigns
- Creating multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Monitoring campaign performance alongside the marketing team
- Supporting Meta and Linked In advertising initiatives
- Blog content
- Email marketing
- Website content updates
- AI-assisted content creation
- Campaign planning
- Photography
- Graphic design support
- Other marketing projects as assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate well in recorded videos, podcasts, and other types of digital communication
- Ability to collaborate well with a variety of people, including marketing contractors and partners
- Ability to learn and become highly proficient in a wide range of software platforms, including the Hub Spot CRM, Word Press, Canva, the Microsoft Office Suite, AI platforms, and more
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Social personality type with comfort being on video
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor college degree strongly desired
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred
- Applicable past work experience in digital marketing, video marketing, SEO, website management or public relations preferred
