Job Overview

Fairview has an immediate opening for an RN/Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This role will lead a collaborative team of RNs across four sites (Andover, Bass Lake, Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove ADS). Primary Care includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatric providers. This is a full time, salaried/exempt, benefits-eligible opening.

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for managing the performance and clinical best practices of designated staff across multiple sites. Provides workflow direction and management of direct reports consistent with achieving department and organizational objectives. Other duties include implementing service line strategic priorities by offering clinical consultation through partnership with operations leaders and medical staff leaders in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standard work, policies, and procedures.

• Cultivates an engaged and high-performing team by providing clear direction, mentorship, and support while fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and delivers excellence in patient care.
• Responsible for the recruitment, orientation, and training of direct reports.
• Mentors, develops and delegates to the Lead RN(s)
• Provide guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, individual development etc., are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations
• Works collaboratively with leadership and other organizational partners to ensure efficient, clinically sound, and safe day-to-day operations of the site(s)

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Registered Nurse Minnesota

• Additional education in healthcare, business or related field
• 3-5 years of previous supervisory/management experience

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
