School Nurse – Long Term Substitute
Cambridge‑Isanti School District – 911 Isanti Middle School, Isanti, Minnesota.
Starting Date:
Sep 8, 2026.
Hours:
7.5 hrs per day. Assignment period: approx. 9/8/26 – 10/14/26.
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPS and First Aid Certification
- Successful background check required
- Licensed School Nurse (LSN) – preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Public Health Nurse (PHN)
- Experience in a medical, long‑term care facility or school
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Skills and Abilities
Needed
- Medical knowledge and ability to assess and respond to medical problems and emergencies
- Communication skills and ability to conduct screenings
- Exemplifies compassion, respect, responsibility, self‑discipline and honesty
Long‑term substitute assignment: approx. 9/8/26 – 10/14/26. As per contract.
