RN Nursing Faculty​/Educator

Join our Hennepin/Anoka, MN team! We’re hiring a Nursing Educator with a salary range of $85,000 – $95,000 annually to help shape the next generation of nurses in a collaborative, student-focused academic environment.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Active CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience required; teaching or training experience preferred

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Educator to join its on-site nursing faculty team in the Hennepin/Anoka, Minnesota area. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN who enjoys mentoring future nurses and creating an engaging learning environment. Faculty members teach in multiple instructional formats, support curriculum development, lead synchronous and asynchronous student engagement, and provide academic guidance that helps students succeed both in the classroom and in clinical practice.
