Facility:
Bemidji Medical Center

Shift: 12‑hour night shifts
Contracts: 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site.
Pay:
Weekly, stipend included in the weekly pay rate.

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and apply age‑ and population‑specific standards appropriate to the clinical setting.
• Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as they move along the continuum of care.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, provide patient education, triage, and perform various nursing interventions.
• Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative rules and regulations of the state of practice and licensure.

• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accreditation required).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
