Full‑Time

Days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

A mix of 4 day shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) & 4 evening shifts (2:15 PM – 10:45 PM)

$27 – $32.52 per hour (based on experience)

• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Recognize and manage common geriatric conditions.
• Supervise TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintain respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administer and monitor medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manage medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Document care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicate significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
