As an RN at Moose Lake Village—a 5‑star rated Cassia community—you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Position Type: Full‑Time

Shifts Available: Days 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; or a mix of 4 day shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and 4 evening shifts (2:15 PM – 10:45 PM).

Wages: $30 – $37.30 per hour based on experience

Location: 710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota 55767

• Assess, develop, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Manage common geriatric conditions (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, etc.).
• Supervise LPNs, TMAs, and nursing aides.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring effectiveness.
• Oversee medication, equipment, and supply management per policy.
• Document care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicate resident status changes to physicians, families, and clinical managers.
• Maintain a respectful, team‑oriented work environment.

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
