Registered Nurse - Med Surg​/ED

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care, including direct nursing, patient/family education, and care transitions. They support professional nursing practices across various settings, ensuring all phases of care are planned, implemented, evaluated, and communicated effectively, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. The RN provides leadership through mentorship, committee participation, and quality improvement initiatives, delegating tasks based on skill level, patient acuity, and resources.

• Graduation from a nursing program.
• Evidence of baccalaureate degree in nursing within specified timelines based on RN start date.
• Preferably one year of RN or LPN experience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.
• Current RN license and Basic Life Support certification.
