Role: QA/QC Engineer
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (Onsite)
Salary: $95,000–$105,000
Travel: 10–49% (including supplier visits ~20–25%)
Work Type: Full-time, Onsite

Position OverviewThis QA/QC Engineer role supports fabrication-shop quality for microelectronics capital projects. You’ll own day-to-day inspection and documentation control, helping ensure products are built right the first time—minimizing rework, delays, and quality escapes. You’ll partner closely with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to keep builds aligned with code, specs, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Execute daily quality control activities for microelectronics-related fabrication builds
- Support creation and rollout of QC plans, processes, and procedures for engineers, subcontractors, and shop teams
- Help develop inspection and test plans that align with project quality requirements
- Monitor and control inspections/tests throughout the build cycle; manage inspection scheduling
- Issue and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely manner
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to closure
