Compensation: $20.00–$26.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule:

1st shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Type: Temp | Full-time (6–9 Month Contract)

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Technician for a manufacturing company in Brooklyn Park, MN. In this role, you’ll support quality engineering functions by processing non-conformance reports and helping resolve product and process issues. If you enjoy hands‑on inspection work, collaborating with engineering teams, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts, this could be a great fit.

• Process and manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Partner with engineering teams to investigate product and process issues
• Perform visual and physical inspections using microscopes and precision tools
• Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records
• Enter inspection and NCR data into quality systems and databases
• Support calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and traceability requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of quality inspection or quality support experience
• Experience working with engineering or cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with NCR processes and quality systems
• Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, and microscopes
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime, extended hours, or weekends as needed
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
