Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Compensation: $20.00–$26.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Type: Temp | Full-time (6–9 Month Contract)

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for a medical device manufacturing company in Brooklyn Park, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure high-quality, compliant products by performing detailed inspections in a clean, regulated environment.

• Perform detailed visual and physical inspections of materials, components, and finished products
• Use microscopes, calipers, gauges, and other tools to evaluate product quality
• Identify defects and determine disposition (acceptable vs. non-conforming)
• Document inspection results and enter data into quality systems
• Maintain product traceability and proper labeling throughout the inspection process
• Ensure inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and properly maintained
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and regulatory procedures in a controlled environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of quality inspection experience
• Experience using microscopes and visual inspection tools
• Ability to use calipers, gauges, and measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify defects
• Ability to work overtime, extended hours, or weekends as needed
• Experience in a medical device or regulated environment preferred
