Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Recruiting Xfinity Retail Sales Associate to provide customer service, help sales, and earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

• Engage customers, demonstrate product features, and enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service across all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, follow up, and uphold service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements, bill payment, service upgrades, and general requests.
• Act as brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Operate the store in compliance with retail policies and procedures.
• Participate in a fun and competitive sales environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Physical capability to carry or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move around the store.
• Tech enthusiasm and willingness to learn new technology.

• Communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and customer focus.
• Persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, and teamwork.
• Technical knowledge and workplace organization.

High School Diploma / GED.

Relevant work experience: 2–5 years (sales or customer service).

Base pay: $16.50 hourly. Total target compensation (base + commission): $24.19. Uncapped commission potential for top performers.
