- Launch and monitor background checks primarily for the home region, with the ability to cross-train into other regions for backup support.
- Monitor the completion of iCIMS preboarding and onboarding documents.
- Ensure I-9 completion for new hires.
- Enter hiring details accurately into UKG to minimize errors.
- Monitor acknowledgments and trainings in UKG/Relias through the first two weeks of employment to ensure all required trainings are completed.
- Manage the HR inbox for Tier 1 questions.
- Perform data entry of employee changes into UKG.
- Create, file, maintain and audit personnel files.
- Provide documentation support for audits and site visits as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
