National Account Sales Manager

The National Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with retail brands, store development teams, visual merchandising departments and design firms.

This role will identify opportunities for custom retail fixtures, display systems, store rollouts, remodels, and prototype programs while serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the design, engineering, manufacturing, and implementation process.

• Develop new business opportunities within retail brands and organizations requiring store fixture and merchandising solutions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers including store development, visual merchandising, procurement, construction, operations, and marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend fixtures, display, and merchandising solutions that improve store presentation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, quoting, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and project launch.
• Maintain a pipeline of store rollout, remodel, refresh, and prototype opportunities.
• Participate in industry trade shows, retail conferences, and networking events to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence regarding retail trends, competitive activity, store development initiatives, and fixture innovation.

• 5+ years of experience selling retail fixtures, displays, store environments, visual merchandising solutions, millwork, architectural products, commercial interiors, or related retail development services.
• Existing relationships with retail store development, visual merchandising, procurement, construction, facilities, or brand marketing teams.
• Experience managing multi-store rollout programs, remodel initiatives, new store openings, and prototype development projects.
• Familiarity with fixture manufacturing, value engineering, sourcing, logistics, installation, and project management processes.
• Proven ability to sell solution-based programs rather than commodity products.
• Experience working with national and regional retail chains, specialty retailers, apparel brands, convenience, grocery, home improvement, or big-box formats.
• Success in this role requires consultative selling skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and experience working with multi-location retail organizations.
