This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on day-to-day sales, account growth, and customer interaction.
CompensationHourly $23-$24.50 an/hour plus a monthly incentive bonus
Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and B2B customers to drive repeat business
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
- Actively manage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and customer engagement
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and support customer orders
- Qualify customer needs, provide accurate pricing/quotes, and close sales opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries and present product solutions aligned with their requirements
- Learn and confidently communicate product knowledge to support customer decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, operations) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage multiple orders, requests, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining a focus on revenue generation
- 1–3 years of inside sales experience
, preferably in B2B distribution, building materials, or industrial environments - Proven ability to generate sales, upsell products, and grow customer accounts
- Strong phone presence with confidence in handling sales conversations
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of customers (contractors, builders, etc.)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
