The Project Coordinator Team at Pella Northland is focused on delighting our customers in their interactions with Pella following the sale of our product and preceding the delivery or installation. They excel in ensuring that the customer experience with Pella is world class by coordinating quoting, purchasing, scheduling, and delivery of customer orders. They play a critical role in explaining the process and what to expect, as well as making sure customers have everything needed for the best possible experience.
Here’swhat winning looks like in this role:
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers daily via telephone, email, text, and in-person communication.
- Manage product delivery scheduling and details, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and installation success.
- Manage recovery process and coordinate solutions for shortages and damaged product.
- Provide exceptional support and project updates to customers in the following areas:
- Product delivery
- Product availability
- Scheduling coordination
- Homeowner follow-up communication
- Develop long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with general contractors, building owners, and consumer clients.
- Coordinate service appointments and appropriate follow‑up as needed.
- Purchase products from vendors and corporate manufacturing facilities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Record all details and update tasks to maintain clear and consistent communication for customers.
- Manage and coordinate product installation requirements and scheduling, ensuring excellent communication throughout the entire process.
- Assist in researching open receivables status and support the team in collecting receivables.
- Promote and facilitate continuous improvement activities in the department.
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned and based on business necessity.
