Territory Sales Manager, Capital Equipment

Field Based | Minnesota and Iowa

$85k – $95k Base Salary | Uncapped Commission | 100% Company-Paid Health Insurance | 4% 401(k) Match

Handtmann Inc., a global leader in advanced food processing equipment, is seeking a Territory Manager to join our high-energy, growth-focused team. You'll work closely with a high-impact and empowering Regional Sales Leader, who values independence, drive, and results. You’ll have the autonomy to thrive while prospecting and winning new business across Minnesota and Iowa.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with regional food processors
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to installation and commissioning
  • Travel throughout your territory (~75%) to support customers and win new business
What You’ll Need:
  • 3+ years of capital equipment sales experience (B2B/technical preferred)
  • Background in the food, packaging, or industrial machinery industry preferred
  • Strong track record of new business development
  • Based within the territory with reasonable access to a major airport; regional travel required.
  • Confidence, curiosity, and drive to grow with a mentor who will invest in you
