The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Senior Specialist, Corporate Security & Safety is accountable for executing daily security operations that support a safe and secure environment at Target's corporate locations. This role focuses on carrying out security routines, responding to incidents, and providing clear, accurate information to support effective decision-making. The Senior Specialist also supports team members, visitors, and on-site activities to help ensure safe and uninterrupted operations.

• Execute daily security operations, including access control, monitoring, and patrol routines.
• Respond to security and safety incidents and provide immediate on-site support.
• Document incidents and activities, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and complete.
• Communicate relevant information to team members and leaders to support awareness and response.
• Support team members, visitors, and events to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Operate and monitor security systems, identifying and reporting issues as needed.
• Additional job duties as required by evolving business needs.
