Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned business established in 1974. We have built our business on providing high quality installation and service to customers at a fair price. We are located in the northwest metro but service the entire Twin Cities metro area.

• Minimum 5-10 years experience as an HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Fabricator for light commercial and residential applications.
• Experience with low voltage wiring.
• Quality workmanship and can work well alone or with others.
• Self-motivated (driven), dependable and can maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.
• Able to meet physical demands and tolerate a physical work environment.
• A valid driver s license with no major driving violations.
• Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
