Forklift Operator

Pay range per hour: $17.98 - $30.48. Pay is based on labor markets, education, work experience and certifications.

As a Forklift Operator, you will safely operate a stand‑up reach truck, riding pallet jack, and other PIT equipment while moving product safely throughout the facility; stage product to keep production lines operating smoothly; prepare finished work for shipment, including banding and wrapping skids; load/unload incoming and outgoing trailers; log receipts in warehouse software and Microsoft Excel; and assist in maintaining forklift lifts and powered pallet jack equipment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with partners.
• Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to safely operate hydraulic lift equipment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
• Some data entry and PC experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a shipping/receiving or warehouse setting preferred.
