Body Shop Estimator -Car Certified

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next I-CAR Body Shop Technician located at Napleton's Lexus Certified Collision Center. The Body Shop Technician performs vehicle repairs as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The Body Shop Technician ensures repairs are completed on time and delivers top-notch work to delight our customers.

• Pay between $65,000-$95,000 per year

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, materials, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of repair equipment and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Solid problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Perform mechanical and general appearance reconditioning of equipment for "trade-ins" and prepare new equipment for delivery.
• Identify and determine parts required for repair of disassembled units.
• Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order.
• Maintain work area appearance and safety.
• Road test vehicles when necessary.

• I-Car Gold Certified
• Body Shop Technician experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Specialized training and experience in the repair/refinish of all series of truck and trailer preferred
• Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade (including welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools) required
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
