Prairie Care in Minnesota is seeking an Inpatient Social Worker to be at the heart of our treatment team, collaborating daily with Psychiatrists and Therapists to deliver psychosocial services during the inpatient stay.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, develop discharge plans, provide psychoeducation, coordinate with external providers, and lead therapy groups for children, adolescents, and young adults.
