Development Engineer

We are seeking a talented Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a supportive environment that values collaboration and creativity.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to enhance team performance.
• Create automated tests and validate functionality against acceptance criteria to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Support production readiness and ongoing platform improvements through troubleshooting and enhancements.

• 3–5 years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java development within enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with Postgre
  
  SQL or other relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Knowledge of Kotlin and/or Groovy programming languages.
• Experience with supply chain, warehouse management, or order management platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
• Exposure to cloud‑native application development.

Pay range: $49–$85 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
