Senior Engineering Manager – Advanced AI, Applied ML, LLMs, Deep Learning

Responsibilities

• Lead a full‑stack engineering team responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining high-quality AI/ML applications.
• Guide technical decisions across architecture, infrastructure, data, APIs, application design, reliability, observability, and security.
• Define and evolve the technical roadmap for AI applications.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and leader expectations by creating clarity around priorities, risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and outcomes.

• 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience including hands‑on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical understanding of modern AI/ML application development.
• Strong proficiency with Python programming; experience with additional languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Type Script, or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, secure software development, and enterprise technology standards.

Demonstrates expertise in leading full‑stack engineering teams to develop and maintain AI/ML applications, with a strong focus on architecture, infrastructure, and secure software development. Proficient in managing stakeholder expectations and defining technical roadmaps to ensure project success.
