Job Overview

Ryder is hiring a non‑CDL Truck Driver in Brooklyn Park, MN. The position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Safely drive a straight truck and trailer (16‑26 ft) within assigned routes.
• Comply with all safety regulations, DOT rules, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and support as directed.
• Participate in continuous training and safety briefings.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience (same equipment if operating a straight truck or box truck).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background check, motor‑vehicle check, DOT physical, and road test.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Other experience requirements: 6 months in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years.
• Additional screening may be required as specified by the customer.
