Position Overview

Driver CD L – Brooklyn Park, MN. This role involves delivering products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses.

  Monday–Saturday shift 2‑am–4‑am to 1‑pm–2‑pm (10‑12 hour shift) 40 hrs + OT opportunities
• Principal location address: 9201 Wyoming Ave N Suite 160 Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
• Interstate: WI
• Represented by a labor union

• Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.)
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch

• Must have a CDL‑Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience
• Have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD)
• Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check
• FMCSA’s Clearinghouse Registration required

• Customer‑oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers
• Minimum of one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions; DOT record check of last 10 years
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements
• Basic understanding of temperature‑controlled food transportation
• Proficiency in using a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times; able to use a scanner and log deliveries
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures

• Hourly pay rate: $28.50 per hour
