Worcester Manufacturing -  - Responsibilities:
Office Coordination:
Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies;
Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of manufacturing reports, shipping documents, and internal memos;
Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for internal departments and external vendors via phone and email;
Scheduling:
Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements for management;
Process Improvement:
Once trained, identify ways to streamline administrative workflows to support the production floor
