We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top‑notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks.

  • Supervise employees, ensuring they are performing all job duties as implemented by management.

  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
  • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest‑service programs and processes.
  • Be responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Always replenish products to ensure in‑stock conditions.
  • Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

Pay Range:

$19.10 - $22.31

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or department/team performance, and market factors.

Qualifications
  • Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be efficient and organized.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
  • Work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., cooler, outside, etc.).
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
