Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also maintain and order Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
