Bookkeeper

The temporary staff member will support critical day-to-day accounting functions to maintain operational continuity during implementation activities and staffing resource constraints. Responsibilities will include reconciling investment activity between the investment advisor and custodian statements, assisting with account analysis and reconciliations, supporting audit preparation and documentation requests, reviewing financial transactions, and assisting with reporting and other accounting-related operational needs.

a. Record investment transactions into investment software and reconcile to custodian/manager statements.

b. Prepare journal entries for posting general ledger module for monthly and quarterly activity.

c. Assist with preparation of financial statements and excel schedules related to foundation investments.

d. Maintain template for transactions to facilitate year end uploads.

c Assist with quarterly reconciliations across entities.

d. Maintain and update excel spreadsheets for the accounting office (all entities).

2. Temporary Property Management Support Staff (Internal Audit) - Aug, 2026
- Apr, 2027

Property Management has been tasked with significant data cleanup activities in preparation for the Workday Asset Management implementation. Current deliverables include:

a. Reviewing and updating offsite status of assets

b. Reviewing and updating asset locations

c. Determining the accuracy and validity of zero-cost assets

d. Reviewing and updating categories and profile IDs

e. Reviewing and updating all untagged assets

Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
