A growing company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple entities. This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and improving payroll systems and processes.

Process and oversee payroll for multiple companies and employee groups. Ensure compliance with payroll laws, taxes, and union agreements. Manage payroll taxes, deductions, PTO, and employee records. Reconcile payroll, prepare reports, and support audits. Improve payroll systems, processes, and internal controls. Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on payroll matters.

4+ years of payroll experience, including management experience. High-volume, multi-company payroll experience required. Union payroll experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, and payroll systems. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
