We are seeking a reliable, personable, and highly organized Front Desk & Office Manager to serve as the welcoming face of a wellness clinic in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a warm and calming client experience, and is comfortable discussing services and packages in a professional, non-pushy manner.
This is an in-office, part-time position with consistent weekly hours and room for growth for the right candidate. The Front Desk & Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily clinic operations while ensuring every client interaction is positive, respectful, and well-organized.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet clients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating client flow
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and organized reception area
Communication & Scheduling
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding visit details and next steps
Services & Package Support
- Guide clients through available services and explain packages clearly and confidently
- Assist with converting consultations into paid service packages without cold calling or pressure
- Answer client questions regarding pricing and offerings in a professional manner
Office Management & Administrative Support
- Coordinate day-to-day office needs to support smooth clinic operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks, documentation, and recordkeeping
- Support clinic staff as needed to ensure efficient daily workflow
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable discussing pricing and services with clients
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in front desk, office management, or customer service preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Part-time hours with a consistent weekly schedule
