Overview
A small and growing property management firm is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service / Office Assistant to support daily operations in an in-office setting. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys helping people, and is looking for long-term growth into an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role.
Responsibilities- Answer tenant calls and manage front-facing communication
- Respond to and resolve basic tenant inquiries professionally
- Assist with rent collection and related follow-ups
- Support small administrative and office projects
- Help ensure smooth daily office and property operations
- Provide general office and clerical support
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with tenants and vendors
- Patient, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic administrative or office experience preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Salary: $22 - $25/Hour
