A small office-based organization is seeking a Payroll & Administrative Coordinator to manage payroll as the primary responsibility, with additional light support across HR and front desk operations.
Responsibilities Include:- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle payroll-related questions and issues
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee records
- Assist with general administrative and office coordination
- Answer phones and greet visitors as needed
Qualifications:
- Payroll experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable handling varied administrative tasksli>
- Professional and friendly communication style
- HR or administrative experience is a plus
Salary: $70k - $90k/Year
