Marketing Administrator

A growing marketing company is seeking a Marketing Administrator to support daily marketing activities while managing essential administrative and communication responsibilities. This role plays a key part in keeping client workflows organized and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

• Post and schedule marketing content across designated platforms.
• Manage client email communications and general inbox organization.
• Support onboarding of new clients, including collecting intake materials and setting up internal systems.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the marketing team.
• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and strong with follow-through.
• Comfortable supporting both marketing execution and administrative needs.

Salary: $25 - 30/hour
