We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Coordinator & Recordings Specialist to manage post-closing processes, ensure accurate document recording, and support smooth transaction closings. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and prepare closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Submit documents for county recording and track completion.
- Communicate with title officers, lenders, agents, and clients to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files.
- Update transaction systems with status and recording details.
- Support the closing and title team as needed.
- 1+ year in real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage preferred (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with title software a plus.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
